T he Why Behind the Not Alone Conference:
It began with one teenager—a young believer feeling isolated in their faith at school\, wondering if they were the only one who loved Jesu s. Instead of remaining alone\, that teen took a courageous step and invit ed a friend to join our youth group.
That simple invitation transformed everything. As that friend embrace d our community\, more peers joined until eventually\, 22 teens—from the same school\, in the same grade\, who joined our youth group—formed a v ibrant circle of support and encouragement.
This story is the heartbeat of the Not Alone Conference. We wa nt every teenager in Johannesburg to realize they are not isolated in thei r faith. There are fellow believers in their schools\, neighborhoods\, and throughout the city who share the same passion for Jesus.
